Kaci Bartchak - Adventure Camp Program Director at Beaumont
This is Kaci’s first summer serving as a Program Director.
Who are you, and where are you from?
My name is Kaci Bartchak and I currently live in Jefferson, Ohio.
What’s your Scouting history? Do you have family in Scouting?
I began my Scouting journey when my son was in kindergarten. He started as a Lion and is now a Wolf and still loving it! I was a den leader on my son’s tiger year and am now a committee member for Pack 3041. I am also a member of CS SA7 Tools Team.
Why do you love camp and what are you most looking forward to this summer?
I LOVE camp because, for me, it represents what Scouting is. You have teamwork, new friends, and character-building through new activities. I cannot wait to see familiar Scout faces and make new Cub buddies!
What’s your favorite color?
My favorite color is black because it’s a mixture of ALL the colors!
Is there a food you like the best?
I definitely love dumplings the most!
Who would be your favorite super hero?
My favorite superhero has to be Thor! Even when his brother betrayed him so many times, he always had his back and that shows his loyalty.
Is there a villain that you can’t stand?
Thanos for me is the worst. That guy was pretty selfish and tried to make his daughters just like him. Not cool, man.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
This is a tough one. I would probably go with super strength. I think I would be able to help a lot of people with this power.
