BSA MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

The renewal process has changed in 2024. Membership in the BSA now follows a 12-month cycle, starting from the month of your initial month of membership.

Membership Renewals will be done online through each member’s account on the My.Scouting.org website.

Units, however, must first set up and communicate to their members how the unit leadership team wants individual membership renewals to work (whether the unit will pay for all renewals or whether their members will make payment themselves).

membership Fees (effective April 1, 2024)

cub scouts, scouts bsa, venturing, sea scouts:

• BSA Youth Membership: $85/youth

• BSA Adult Membership: $65/adult

• Insurance: $12/person

• Charter Fee: $100

• Scout Life: $15/subscriber (optional)
