Dear LEC Family,
This is a quick note to let you know to expect our next announcement this coming Friday. In this announcement we will be addressing where we are with all summer Scouts BSA and Cub Camping programs. We have been gathering data and constantly monitoring information from all applicable channels and using it to inform our plans and decision making. We appreciate your patience as we work to compile information and create the safest and most sustainable path forward.
In the meantime, we are pleased to announce that the Scoutshop will reopen one week from today, Tuesday, May 26th at 10:00 AM. Social distancing protocol and temporary hours will be in place. This too, along with updated unit service center hours and protocols, will be covered in our Friday communication.
Also, there is good news about medical forms. New part C forms will not be required this summer. Part C forms or a sports or school form dated after Feb 1, 2019 along with a new part A and B filled out by a parent or guardian will be all that is required for this summer. This will be reiterated in Friday’s communication as well.
