For all of our paid camp staff positions, we ask that you commit to a full summer of employment. Meals and lodging are a part of your compensation, in addition to a bi-weekly paycheck, and the reward of impacting the course of a camper's life!

Counselors-in-training
Age 14

Program Counselors
Age 15 & older
Our Program Counselors are the heart and soul of summer camp. Program Counselors teach skills to our campers, lead activities, perform skits and songs at campfires, and do what's necessary to keep camp running smoothly.
Apply to work in an area that suits your skills like shooting sports, climbing, aquatics, handicrafts, outdoor skills, STEM, agriculture, technical trades, and much more!
Area Directors
Age 18 & older
Area Directors are responsible for planning and execution of the activities in their program area. They oversee other Program Counselors and CITs assigned to their area. Strong leadership skills are required, as well as a commitment to program planning before summer camp.
Area Directors for "high-risk" areas like Shooting Sports, Climbing, and Aquatics must be age 21 & older.
Camp leadership

You've spent a few summers as an Area Director, and think you can make camp even better! Apply to be on the leadership team to help plan summer camp throughout the year.

Camp Leadership positions require a commitment during the months leading up to summer camp.
Health Officers
Age 18 & older
Do you have a love for helping people get back on their feet and into the action of summer camp? Do you have an eye for safety measures? Do you have a background in, or are seeking to join, the medical field?
We need you as a Health Officer. Our Health Officers serve as part of the leadership team at camp, and are responsible for the basic care of sick and hurt campers. Sometimes health care is simply a bandage and a listening ear. Contact, Maita Jarkewicz, Chief Medical Officer for more information.
Rangers
Age 18 & older
Ranger staff report to the Head Ranger and work behind the scenes to make sure that equipment and logistics run smoothly each week. They take care to preserve and conserve the camp property.
Rangers should have some experience in using power tools, and general maintenance skills.
Rangers must also have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Contact Facilities Director Chris Fortunato for more information.
Food service Staff
Age 16 & older
All our camp programs are committed to serving high-quality and healthy foods to keep our campers going strong!
Kitchen Staff are responsible for preparation and serving of meals, as well as keeping the kitchen clean and safe. Dining Hall Stewards ensure that seating and serving areas are well-organized, clean, and ready-to-go each week for our campers!
Food Service Mangers must be Serve-Safe Certified, proficient in accurate food ordering, menu planning, and execution of food preparation for 300+ person meals. Contact Council Food Service Manager Chris Fortunato for more information.
Trading Post StafF
Age 16 & older
Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset, or a knack for make a sale? Do you like helping customers find just the right food and items? Does an air-conditioned store excite you a little more than being outside in the elements all day?
Be part of our Trading Post Staff this summer! We sell camp apparel, camping tools, food, candy, and famous slushies all summer long! Applicants should have great customer service skills, adequate at money management (we'll help you), and a drive to create a clean, well-stocked, and friendly store.
