The Lake Erie Council is excited to introduce the Scout’s Own Maple Syrup program, a new funding opportunity for units!

The Scout’s Own Maple Syrup program started as an idea to utilize our camp's natural resources to create a way for Scouts to fund their outdoor adventures.

Sap harvested from over 7,000 trees at Beaumont Scout Reservation is processed at Bissell Maple Farm to become Scout's Own Maple Syrup.

This spring, Scouts and units have the opportunity to sell Scout's Own Maple Syrup for $12 a bottle to fund their adventures. The unit receives $5 from each bottle sold. You can make an order by the case to get your sale started within the guide below!
