Dave, an Eagle Scout, is President and Owner of VAM Associates which he and Robin founded almost 30 years ago.  He is Past Council President of the Greater Cleveland Council and served as Council President of the newly formed Lake Erie Council during its transition from a one county to a seven county Scout Council.  Dave remains involved with Westminster College, where he and Robin earned their undergraduate degrees in 1975, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Athletic Council while mentoring student athletes pursuing careers in finance, accounting, sales and marketing.

Robin is Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Benefits at VAM and also serves as Chair for the Board of Trustees at Westminster College. Along with these activities, Robin supports a number of national and local organizations including Scouting and the St. Jude Run for the Cure, while also staying active on the Boards of three local Chagrin Falls organizations.  She is very excited to have connected Westminster to the leadership team of the Lake Erie Council in their new partnership with higher education. Westminster will be one of seven colleges or universities offering academic scholarships for Eagle and Life Scouts.

Dave and Robin reside in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, their home since 1987. They have two adult children who both live in the Chagrin Valley after several years away from Cleveland.
